Adverse Events Reporting

Merz has a strong commitment to patient safety. We encourage all healthcare professionals and patients to report information about the safety of our products; this includes any adverse events and product complaints.

If you are a patient taking or using a Merz product and are experiencing any side effects, talk immediately to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed in the package leaflet.

Adverse events should also be reported:

directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard (United Kingdom),
or at https://www.hpra.ie/homepage/about-us/report-an-issue (Republic of Ireland)
